Many of you request to see our list for foreclosures and REOs. Although there are deals to be had out there, what many of you don't realize is by limiting yourself to these foreclosures you are missing out on the healthy properties that have simply reduced their price to compete against them. These homes are more often well maintained and excellent opportunities themselves and aren't getting the search engine exposure they should because there is sufficient equity in them to short sale without the banks intervention! Ask for the better deals not just foreclosures and you'll see all that is out there that suits you.
