A great deal in Pawleys Island doesn't mean cheap
So many people come looking for Pawleys Island real estate. Some opt for homes for sale in Murrells Inlet. I promise that I will find something for you at $150k or $250k but you have to understand that there are premiums for beach homes and there are premiums to be paid for this end of the beach...but what is important for you to know is that these homes won't be 3000 square feet and they won't be less than ten years old and it may not be in "move in" condition. It wont be even be a golf cart ride and it surely won't be walk to the beach. A short drive will get you there and a smaller home will be so much easier to clean! Come live at the beach and always be on vacation but understand these words mean a life style to go with your home.
